Creating platforms for knowledge, in addition to providing economic value for enterprises, leading to economic and technical growth of community. Since delivering a product to market can guarantee success and survival of the organization, commercialization has been as a vital factor. For this purpose high technology industries such as ICT need to use of technological cooperations. The aim of this study is the Analysis of technological collaborations strategies for commercialization of research achievements in the Institute of Communications and Information Technology. For this purpose, cooperation strategies, commercialization strategies and technological factors affecting technological collaboration strategies were extrexted of literature. In the next step, commonalities of the two areas were determined according to experts and research framework was presented. Then, strategies and factors affecting commercialization were prioritized independently and high-priority strategies and critical factors were extracted, because we need to reduct the factors for FANP analysis in order to reduction of questions and finding of critical factors. The tools of data gathering were 3 questionnaire and those completed by 21 experts of mentioned institute. In the next step regarding the overlap between factors, fuzzy network analysis process (FANP) was used to prioritize strategies for technological cooperation in the commercialization of research achievements. The experts are all researchers of mentioned institute in the field of research and commertialization. The results showed that strategies such as networking, collaborative research and development, and technical and scientific personnel have the highest priority in the Institute of Communications and Information Technology. The results can be used for other similar public research centers both in terms of procedure and practice.
