The main reason of this research is to investigate the key factors and aspects of the Jihad management concept and to design its conceptual development pattern by using the soft systems method in the Iranian enterprises. Although the Jihad management has an intersection with other managerial patterns, as an Iranian- Islamic - based model, it is discriminated from other common patterns of the management science because it has some special aspects and factors.
In the present research, the researchers suggest to use the combination of cognitive mapping and soft systems methodology which is a known and useful one in the human issues scope, as a method to design conceptual model of Jahadi management.
This is an applicable research and after the theoretical studies and the investigation of the conceptual key factors and aspects of the Jihad management with qualitative cognitive mapping and soft system method , leads to designs of the conceptual pattren and cognitive plan of the Jihad management development in the enterprises.
