Because of the flexibility and quick response against changing environment, better use of human resources and their knowledge and make better decisions are necessary for the success of small and medium sized businesses. Thus implementing the knowledge management system with a dynamic approach has an important role in developing and progression of an organization. The results of research show that small and medium sized businesses have different approach for knowledge management in compare with large businesses. Use of network is an important specification of this kind of institute. Knowledge Management can be shared in this network.
On the other hand to gain a competitive advantage is a key asset in todays’ trade. In this regards according to experts, open space among staff to explore opportunities is very important. In this article previous items will be concerned and a dynamic approach model for implementing knowledge management in small and medium sized business will be discussed.
