Abstract

Today, management experts and senior managers of aerospace agencies in Iran are aware about the importance and the crucial role of employee empowerment in line with Resistive Economics. So, they are trying to identify and implement useful ways to strengthen the positive aspects of it. In general, we can say that one of the difficulties for managers in some Aerospace agencies is lacking a correct and deep conceptual model of employee empowerment. Therefore, in this study, the dimensions and factors of employee empowerment are extracted with interviews and grounded analysis method. Then the professors’ and experts’ opinion within the experts’ panel is used in order to determine the validity of these dimensions and factors. Finally, using interviews and extracting factors and dimensions and surveying panels within the expertise panel, the strategical model of employee empowering were offered. It is hoped that proper application of this model provide the appropriate platform to meet the emerging needs of human resources and be an effective step towards the realization of Resistive Economics.
