Implementing the Technology Management System in High Technology Organizations

Abstract

Organizations have different subsystem which exchange the input of the organization through their process to valuable output. Technology management system is one of them that support organization's decisions about current and new technologies. Because, technology and technology management is very important in high technology organizations, we need to implement the Technology management system in the organization, so we must determine it's processes and find out necessary activities to do each of these processes. At the end, we use freedman nonparametric test to priorities organization's departments to doing the activities which was defined for each process of technology management. The result shows that different department has different priority in doing the activities.
