Designing Human Resource Planning Model Based on Merit Based on the Teachings of the Nahj-Al-Balaghe

Abstract

Human resource planning is the most important issues for each of the various topics, including the fascinating yet complex. Due to the dramatic developments in the field of management and their tendency to meritocracy, competency-based human resource planning has found a special place. Hence, this study uses a mixed method research (content analysis and interpretive structural modeling) presents the concepts of human resource planning based on merit, has tried with careful study of the book Nahj-al-Balaghe, the extraction and modeling the contents of merit (with titles, God-centered knowledge, wisdom, justice, strength and health) and content network setting, the ultimate model (HRP based competency-based training Nahj-al-Balaghe) define and design. Appears in line with Islamic and Iranian model of progress for the Humanities and localization of Western Science according to the organization’s culture and values of the Islamic religion; Using Religious, especially extracted from Nahj-al-Balaghe to promote Sazmahay very effective and useful.
