Design and Subtilize in Two-Level Model Career Managers Based on Organizational Justice in the Public Organizations of the Islamic Republic of Iran

Abstract

With the increasing need of organizations, such as human with spirituality and its issues implications, justice and specifically organizational justice, profound concepts that require explanation and review multiple is about. In this paper highlights the importance of organizational justice as a fundamental principle of dynamics, growth, influence and intelligence public organizations in the community, with a detailed look at the concept of career managers executives in public organizations, both scale and institutional two-level model based on Islamic culture relevant public organizations in the literature and the themes of justice was presented.

method in this research, qualitative and descriptive - analytical study of the main indicators of equity-oriented philosophy of management Islamic has based on a model of two level managers in public organizations in order to promote employment, based on the requirements of the Republic Islamic of Iran and leading public organizations that are designed and presented. The findings suggest a mechanism aimed at enhancing employment based on organizational justice to the true level of the combined entity’s career the growth and development effectiveness and intelligence public organizations would be beneficial. The statistical results of this study show the importance and superiority of dual career in the fact component of organizational justice [based on a maximum balance of justice) from the perspective of managers and professionals, with 88 percent of the actual level is %75, indicating a significant difference in the percentage.
