Abstract

In knowledge-based economy, intellectual capital is used to create organizational value and success of an organization depends on keeping such scare resources. In addition, organizational learning is one of the most important organizational capabilities, which can help organizations create and share knowledge and make sustainable organizational advantages. Therefore, this paper aims to investigate the role of organizational learning in the development of intellectual capital. The research methodology is statistical-descriptive analysis and the managers and employees of the organization were taken as the statistical population. Results indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational learning and intellectual capital. In other words, increasing organizational learning leads to the improvement of intellectual capital in human, structural, and relational dimensions.
