The organizational knowledge forms a great share of organization properties. In this regard, the role of challenge factors of the implementation of knowledge management in the success of the knowledge management is undeniable. If these factors and relation between them are well recognized then we can take effective steps in implementing knowledge management. In this paper we consider, identified challenge factors of the implementation of knowledge management in first, and then explored the relationship between them with experts and finally identified the association rule between challenge factors. Determination of relationships between of factors assistance the implementation of knowledge management. The challenges of implementing KM are identified by using literature studies and a structured questionnaire. By using association rules algorithm and web diagram the eleven association rule between challenge factors are identified. These values are min of confidence and support rules. In the end, the result of paper showed 4 importance factors ("The weakness in defining corporate strategies", "poor management and lack of effective controls", "low levels of trust in corporate culture" and "lack of knowledge and information sharing culture") in relation with other factor in order of implementation of knowledge management. The results can help to successful implementation of knowledge management.
