شناسایی و رتبه بندی شاخص‌های تاب‌آوری زنجیره‌تأمین در ابعاد چهارگانه با استفاده از روش سوآرا در صنعت مواد غذایی

چکیده

امروزه پیچیدگی‌های محیط کسب وکار، عدم اطمینان و نوسانات محیطی، زنجیره تأمین را در برابر انواع مختلفی از خطرات آسیب‌پذیر کرده است. تاب‌آوری زنجیره تامین با هدف جلوگیری از حرکت زنجیره تأمین به سمت شرایط نامطلوب و بازیابی زنجیره تأمین بعد از بروز اختلال در کم‌ترین زمان و با کم‌ترین هزینه است. بنابراین شناسایی و تحلیل عوامل تاب‌آوری زنجیره تأمین از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی شاخص‌های تاب‌آوری زنجیره‌تامین در صنعت مواد غذایی انجام پذیرفت. شاخص‌های تاب‌آوری در هر یک از ابعاد چهارگانه چابکی، انعطاف‌پذیری، ناب بودن و استواری با مطالعه و بررسی مبانی نظری مشخص شدند. پرسشنامه‌های پژوهش از طریق 15 خبره که با روش هدفمند انتخاب شده بودند تکمیل گردید. با تجزیه و تحلیل‌های انجام گرفته نتایج نشان داد که بعد استواری زنجیره تامین با وزن 0.399 با اهمیت‌ترین بعد تاب‌آوری زنجیره تأمین انتخاب شد و پس از آن چابکی، ناب بودن و انعطاف‌پذیری قرار گرفتند. در مرحله بعد در هر یک از ابعاد نیز رتبه‌بندی انجام پذیرفت که واکنش‌پذیری در بعد چابکی با اهمیت‌ترین شاخص شناخته شد و قابلیت آمادگی درون سازمانی، سیستم کنترل اطلاعات و قابلیت دید با اهمیت‌ترین شاخص‌های ابعاد انعطاف‌پذیری، ناب و استواری زنجیره تامین انتخاب شدند.

چکیده [English]

Nowadays, the complexities of the business environment, uncertainty and environmental fluctuations, has made the supply chain vulnerable to various types of risks; Supply chain resilience is aimed at preventing the supply chain from moving to undesirable conditions and restoring supply chain after disruption in the least time and at the least cost. Therefore, identifying and analyzing supply chain resilience factors is very important. The current research was carried out with the aim of identifying and ranking the resilience indicators of the supply chain in the food industry. Resilience indicators in each of the four dimensions of agility, flexibility, leanness and robustness were determined by studying and reviewing the literature. The research questionnaires were completed by 15 experts selected by Purposive sampling. Analyzes showed that the most important dimension of supply chain robustness was selected, with the weight of 0.399 being the most important dimension of supply chain resilience, followed by agility, leanness and flexibility. Next, ratings on each dimension were identified, with reactivity being identified as the most important indicator of agility, and inter-organizational readiness, information control system and visibility were selected as the most important indicators of flexibility, leanness and robustness of supply chain.
