Design Fuzzy Expert System for Feasibility of Industrial Projects Case Study: Oil Industry

Abstract

Green management and it's application of green approach in developing industrial projects is new paradigm of management that guaranty desirable level of environmental of criteria in developing plans and projects. Green feasibility study of industrial projects survey environmental criteria in project and is a road to achieve resistance development. Purpose of this article is development of decision support system in subject of adaption of industrial projects to environmental criteria that warranty the resistance development. The decision support system based on expert system methodology and with fuzzy approach developed. Knowledge base that is important section of this system is shaped based on if-then rules and ideas of experts. After designing this system, we verify the system in two stage based on opinion of experts. First with T student statistical criteria inference the ideas of expert and appoint the final criteria and in the second stage give the data of oil store construction to the expert and they predict the output of feasibility and compare this result with the output the developed system by MSE criteria. The result expressive that the designed system has a good performance.
