Designing the Pattern of the Influencing Factors of Decision Making for Activities Outsourcing (Case Study: Isfahan Optics Industries Co.)

Abstract

Today many businesses, including private, public, for-profit, charitable and educational institutions and research through existing advantages in outsourcing, outsourcing strategy in all aspects of the organization are its major goals. Outsourcing decisions is one of the strategic issues of the organization’s managers always try to model take advantage outsourcing decisions, but in practice are faced with various conceptual issues and topics. Both managers as well as their advisors have tried to identify these issues so that they can more effectively take advantage existing outsourcing model and a model for guidance, can be very convenient and efficient. Therefore researchers aimed at identifying and categorize the criteria affecting the decision to outsource and offer a pattern in of organization and specifically in the Isfahan Optics Industries Co, by using exploratory mixed (Using qualitative method content analysis qualitative in the first section and quantitative survey method and questionnaires distributed 10 experienced experts analyze it using a Fuzzy screening method in the second phase) try to achieve this goal. Results of this study show that the decision to outsource activities in organizations, the result is a three-stage transition. In the first place industry executives have motivations and inhibitors outsourcing in (drivers of outsourcing) form sure. In the second phase organization must of capabilities activities for the outsourcing ensure and the final stage, Organization must aware of environmental conditions, including legal and political conditions, supply conditions and capabilities in outsourcing activities.
