Servant Leadership Mediating Role in Relationship Between Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment among Employees of the Martial Industries Organization of Fars Province

Abstract

The purpose of this study is explanation of servant leadership mediating role in relationship between organizational culture and organizational commitment among emplovees of the martial industries organization of Fars province. The research method is descriptive type of solidarity. In this study population are all of the employees of the Martial industries organization of Fars province that by means of simple accidental sampling method 300 persons were chosen as sample according Cochran formula. To collecting data three questionnaires have been used Lob's servant leadership, Dennison's organizational culture and Allen and Meyer’s organizational commitment. To analyzing data, we have used both descriptive statistics and inferential statistics method and also analyzing path according to the results. There is a significant relationship between organizational culture and organizational commitment and between organizational culture and servant leadership. Servant leadership have significant relationship with organizational commitment through controlling organizational culture. Finally servant leadership play significant role in association with organizational culture and organizational commitment a organizational culture with dimension of strong partnership. Stability and high adaption and clear mission philosophy can lead to strong organizational commitment while this type of organizational culture can lead to system of servant relationship there have value and high development showing empathy. Creation good leader characteristic. this type of leadership lead to emotional continue and normative commitment in people.
