Designing an Interpretive Structural Model of Effective Factors on Promoting Innovation of Companies Located in Incubator (Case Study: Companies Located in Incubator Affiliated to Yazd Science and Technology Park)

Today’s world is changing with an unpredictable speed. In this situation, innovation is an important factor in the country developing and progressing and one of the important centers to do innovative actions are companies in incubators of the science and technology park. So the purpose of this study is designing interpretive structural modeling of effective factors on promoting innovation companies in incubators and path analysis of interpretive structural modeling with regression. In this line, by studying updated articles and valid sources, we selected 37 indexes as the main factors in designing questionnaire in the Likert five spectrum. The population of this study were all the managers and staffs of companies in incubators, and after data collecting, according to the experts opinion these indexes were categorized in 8 dimension. After that, every dimension was analyzed separately using Lisrel software and Finally after confirmation of model of relations between effective dimensions to promote innovation, these dimensions were accepted as the average indexes and were used in the second stage questionnaire to classify and determine relationship between dimensions using ISM for designing the final model of research. then, the questionnaires were given to the experts of innovations on Yazd province. They were 32 persons. The results showed that the dimension of government supports and relevant Institutions was recognized as the most important dimension and the foundation model, and finally by regression, path analysis and determine the path coefficients was done on ISM and all model paths were confirmed.
