Study Impact of Knowledge Management on Team Performance with Application of SME

Abstract

This research aims to study the role and effect of knowledge management (KM) with application of Common Assessment Framework (CAF). The research population consisted of faculty member & non faculty member researcher of public agriculture research centers of Yazd. Data of this research gathered with questionnaire. This study led to a model that demonstrated two types of team performance, performance of society and farmers and performance of team member and organization. Results showed significant effect of KM on improvement of interaction and relationship with farmers. But effect of KM on materializing farmer expectation and receptioning individual support was not significance. Also there was not any relationship between KM and internal team performance in Yazd agricultural research centers.
