Abstract
Despite the satisfying development in conceptual and theoretical dimension of knowledge management, many organizations and industries, yet, have failed in successful and effective implementation of KM. The most important methodological shortcomings incorrect interpretation of key aspects of knowledge management and the lack of a quantitative and qualitative approach holistic is to measure organizational knowledge. This article examines the organizational knowledge management based on Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise (MAKE) award Approach in Fuzzy Environment. Accordingly, was measured in organizational knowledge management with review of the theoretical foundations of global award MAKE and Using expert, managers and experts knowledge workers organizational based on topsis fuzzy method. Outcomes of the present study, evidence is important that proposed methodology could specify deviation of anticipated targets in per perspective and analyze organization situation in KM index in order to determine operational and strategic control for strategic decision making.
