The study of the Relationship between Mindfulness Skills and Decision Making Styles of Managers of Malek Ashtar Industrial University

Abstract
The aim of the present research was the review of relationship between mindfulness skills and decision-making styles of the managers of Malek Ashtar industrial university. The population includes all the managers of Malek Ashtar industrial university, that according to simple random sampling method, 88 managers were selected. The instrument of research was: General Decision making styles questionnaire (scett, Bruce), kentuky inventory of mind fullness skills. The methods of analysis were: pearson correlation, T-test - Ahova, regression.
The results indicated that: Demographic variables such as age-education and work experience didn't have any effect on decision making except organizational degree. The regression analysis showed, the rational style is predictable on observing subtest. Avoidance and spontaneous are predictable on the subtest or accepting without judgment.
