Studying of Critical Success Factors of Manufacturing Industry Using the Knowledge Strategy - Case Study: Part of the Automotive Industry

The current trend toward competitive markets in the country and entering the field of international trade (WTO) makes with the turbulent environment business, companies can make is to the survival and growth, according to his abilities, environmental conditions (market) and technological developments, choose different strategies .For organizations active state is required to identify facilities, opportunities and environmental threats, and targeted programs with the highest possible productivity gain from the opportunities available .Future success in challenging markets, requires enough knowledge and preparation necessary for informed and rapid response. Each enterprise development strategy based on environmental studies of the internal and external firm is developing. In this sense, environmental SWOT analysis tool to match the strengths and weaknesses within the organization with the opportunities and threats to its environment .From the perspective of this model a good strategy, strengths and strategies that maximize the opportunities and weaknesses and to minimiz threats. This paper has tried according to the theoretical research framework based on theoretical principles of strategic planning (for general) and through the strategic planning model, SWOT (specifically), a private company making car parts, identifying critical success factors to help companies evaluate matrix of internal and external factors, the current position in the industry through this model and determine the appropriate strategy to be presented.
