The Designing of Model of Influence Factors in Organizational Citizenship Behaviorand the Role of it in Employees’ Performance

Abstract

This study has been implemented to investigate the effect of context factors on the organizational citizenship behavior and employees’ performance. To this aim a questionnaire for measuring these variables has been designed and by being sure about validity and reliability of the measuring instrument by confirmation and exploration factor analysis has been distributed among a sample including 325 bank employees. The research methodology of this study is descriptive-correlational and in a clear manner based on the structural equations’ model. The obtained result of the research model indicated that the context factors can affect the citizenship behavior and the employees’ behavior of these banks according to the path analysis model presented. Also, among the context factors individual factors have more determining effect of the organizational citizenship behavior than other factors. At the end, in order to achieve better performance through settling the organizational citizenship behavior some suggestions have been presented.
