Identifying and Ranking the Effective Fators for Attracting Customers’ Deposit in Banks Using Fuzzy VIKOR (Case Study: Saderat Bank, Province of Yazd)

Abstract
Today, the main function of banks is to mobilize financial resources; because success in this area can be a success factor in other areas of the bank. In fact attraction of deposit form column-oriented banking operations and this fundamental task is priority over other banking functions. Therefore the purpose of this study is to identify and rank the factors affecting the attraction of customer deposit in Saderat bank of Yazd province. In this study, ten effective factors considered with regard to the experts and ranked using Fuzzy VIKOR. Research results show that two factors have the greatest impact on deposits attraction for the bank, namely employees’ treatment with customers and deposit interest rate. Finally, some suggestions are presented for future research and application the basis on factors that affect deposits attract.
