Abstract

This research attempts to investigate and survey the innovative literature about commercialization procedure of products using advanced technology. Then tries to determine the factors influencing this process and design a suitable conceptual model of commercialization of the products with advanced technology. This model indicates all the institutions involved in the commercialization process with an emphasis on soft technology (The management process of organization). Having done field studies and interviews with experts, this model has been applied in the aviation industry in Iran. The strengths and weaknesses of the current process of commercialization of Iran's aviation industry will be investigated. Finally the most important challenges and some realistic suggestions with the most appropriate procedure of commercialization of the Iran's aviation industry will be offered.
