SWOT analysis is one of the most important tools for decision makers in the process of strategic management. This tool enables managers to identify internal and external factors affecting organizational strategy, so this analysis is a good tool for strategy formulation. SWOT analysis has shortcomings as well. It is not able to assess interdependencies among identified factors and only presents a list of qualitative factors and strategies. Researchers have developed different methods to quantify this technique but these methods have shortcomings. In this paper we have developed a fuzzy method for weighting formulated strategies. With this method, the ambiguity of the views of decision makers are considered in the model we have used FANP tecnique for taking interdependencies among factors and internal interdependencies of factors into account. The results of our technique are more accurate and realistic than other common methods like AHP because of considering interrelationships and uncertainty. Finally, the proposed model was tested in a case study of a communication services industry and the strategies were formulated and ranked.

This research tries to identify the barriers to industry development in Sistan and Baluchestan and rank them and then provide industry development strategies in Sistan and Baluchestan. The statistical population of the present research consists of all the planners and managers of industrial organizations, Ministry of Industry and Mines Department Office of Strategic Planning and Sanat O Madan Bank in Sistan and Baluchestan. Among them using simple sampling (197 people) 38 of the planners and 158 of expert managers from the mentioned organization, were selected as expert and knowledgeable in this field as sample. In order to analyze the collected data Chi-square and Friedman tests and SPSS was used. In this regard, the barriers are put into the four groups of financial and currency credit, technology, specialist human resources and the supply of raw materials. The barriers such as lack of support from strong financial centers including banks for manufacturer, problems related to entering advanced machines and technology, capital flight from the province, assigning facilities to non-specialist people, specialized labor flight from the province, and lack of incentives for investing in the province are among the most important barriers to industrial development; and strategies are provided to remove them.

Marketing moved from good-centered view -in which tangible results and discrete transactions are in center - to service-centered view in which intangibles, exchange processes and communications are in center. Customers and organizations spread their activities to each other and creating and exploiting value occur jointly and in the same time for each party. Co creation of value - active participation of customer in value creating activities of organization - is the key principle of this newfangled view. Participation Potential of Customers in different stages of high tech organization’s value chain is studied in this article. This study is based on survey in high tech industry and through a questionnaire that researchers design. This research shows that participation potential is high in almost every main stage of value chain and just in production stage is moderate. Current participation is low and difference between participation potential and current participation is significant.

Innovation is a key factor in transition into the defense industries new era. Although, innovation success in defense industries depends on many factors. Previous studies have mentioned many factors contain of individual, organizational & environmental ones, which affect innovation success. Although all of these factors are important, some researcher emphasis on importance of organizational factors, while due to the technology based nature of defense industries, other researches emphasis on the importance of individual factors. In this study, after explaining innovation success dimensions and components, we identify individual influencing factors. Then with the help of 13 defense experts, we try to refine the factors according to the field. In the next step, by the means of surveying methods, we study individual factors impacts on radical and incremental innovation. Our research results show that seven of nine individual factors have a meaningful impact on innovation success, while the ranking and priority of these factors differ in radical and incremental innovation. In addition, according to this study, based on the importance, the three main component of innovation success in defense industries are opportunity creation for future wars, responding to army current needs, and gaining economical profits.

Major decision-makings are always crisis requirements at the first moments which the more management’s decision making speed is the more will be the speed of crisis control. Since every organization is exposed to various crises and National Iran Oil Products Distribution Company is no exception to this issue, this study aimed to develop an appropriate decision-making model under organizational crises using MCDM tecniques. This study is an applied research and in terms of nature and method it is a descriptive - survey research. Since the ANP method was used in this study, statistical sampling techniques are not relevant and the experts were only selected as the sample for inferential statistical tests. Expert questionnaire and field study were used to collect data. In this study, content validity was used to investigate the validity of the questionnaire and the inconsistency rate of comparisons was calculated to assess the reliability of expert questionnaire. The Delphi technique was used to identify the most important criteria affecting the crisis and ANP was used to examine the priority of criteria. Super Decision software and Excel application were used to analyze specialized data. This study had two major findings; the first finding was to select an appropriate model for decision making under crisis, which was determined with reference to the results of calculations. The second finding of this study was to identify criteria affecting crisis, prioritize them, and analyze interdependencies between them. Finally, some implications were also suggested for the study Company and future researchers.
