One of the challenges for policy makers in the automotive industry in general and especially of something called myopia policy. In this study, we have tried to meditate at reviews illness myopia policy aspects of this issue from the perspective of other social sciences also be examined. On the basis of this article explains the political myopia and literature of damage by careful investment policy on the different views of the intellectual's areas, such as sociology, psychology, political science, political economy and analysts to explain the system has been investigated. At the end of the analysis presented qualitative approaches in the areas listed in the logic of this approach have been mentioned. By comparing approaches to explain the myopia policy in the automotive industry, lack of attention to the two components of the personality trait of policy and industry characteristics were determined and recommended that in addition to the five approaches from the psychological as well as interest in explaining why the industry is also close expected to be used.</span> با نگاهی کلی به حوزه خط‌مشی‌گذاری، مشخص می‌شود که به علت ماهیت بین‌رشته‌ای آن، اندیشمندان و صاحب‌نظران با نگاه بنگاه‌های متفاوت علمی به آن پرداخته‌اند. یکی از چالش‌های خط‌مشی‌گذاران، به طور عام و صنعت خودرو به طور خاص، بروز پدیده‌ای به نام نزدیک‌بینی سیاستی است. در این پژوهش، تلاش گردیده که با تعمیق نگاه در بررسی بیماری نزدیک‌بینی سیاستی، ابعاد این موضوع از منظر ‏سایر علوم انسانی نیز مورد تحقیق قرار گیرد. بر این اساس در این مقاله ابتدا به تبیین نزدیک‌بینی سیاستی پرداخته و ‏سپس ادبیات موجود در خصوص این آسیب با دقت نظر در دیدگاه‌های مختلفی که از سوی اندیشمندان ‏رشته‌هایی نظیر جامعه‌شناسی، روانشناسی، علوم سیاسی، اقتصاد سیاسی و تحلیل‌گران سیستم تبیین شده، مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در پایان با تحلیل کیفی رویکردهای ارائه ‌شده در حوزه‌های مذکور به منطق گونه‌شناسی این رویکردها اشاره گردیده است. با مقایسه رویکردهای تبیین نزدیک‌بینی سیاستی در صنعت خودرو، عدم توجه به دو مؤلفه ویژگی شخصیت خط‌مشی‌گذار و همچنین ویژگی‌های صنعت مشخص گردید و پیشنهاد می‌گردد که علاوه بر رویکردهای پنج‌گانه از بعد روان‌شناسانه و نیز جذابیت‌های صنعت در تبیین چرایی نزدیک‌بینی استفاده شود. https://www.behboodmodiriat.ir/article_42890_12e2ba9070d0d000c8cbcb63b0239537.pdf
