Journal Article 2017 02 05 Today, large modern organizations are facing with a variety of practices and issues and different problems, so it is necessary to culture making in field of delegation of authority from senior managers to managers at lower levels and to decentralizing in performing the tasks. In this regard, the aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between delegation of authority and effectiveness of employees in Mashhad municipality zones. The research method was survey and systematic random sampling was used among 377 experts and managers of Mashhad municipality with self-made questionnaire. Validity of questionnaire was approved by experts in the specialized field and Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (0.914) confirmed the validity. The validity of questionnaire is also tested using confirmatory factor analysis. The dimensions of the delegation of authority (preparation, planning, dialogue, gratitude and control) and effectiveness were tested using structural equation modeling analysis. The findings show that there are significant relationship between three steps of delegation of authority (gratitude, planning and preparation) and effectiveness. امروزه سازمان‌های بزرگ و مدرن، با فعالیت‌ها و مسائل و مشکلات گوناگونی مواجه هستند. بنابراین، فرهنگ‌سازی در زمینه تفویض اختیارات مدیران ارشد به مدیران سطوح پایین‌تر و ایجاد عدم تمرکز در انجام فعالیت‌ها، امری ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. در این راستا، هدف اصلی این تحقیق بررسی رابطه‌ی بین مراحل تفویض اختیار با میزان اثربخشی کارکنان در مناطق شهرداری شهر مشهد است. روش تحقیق، پیمایشی و نمونه‌گیری تصادفی سیستماتیک در بین 377 نفر از کارشناسان و مدیران شهرداری مشهد با پرسشنامه‌ای خودساخته انجام شده است. روایی پرسشنامه توسط صاحب‌نظران علمی در حوزه تخصصی و پایایی آن توسط ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (با مقدار 914/0)، مورد تایید قرار گرفت. همچنین روایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی بررسی شد. در این پژوهش مراحل تفویض اختیار با ابعاد؛ آماده‌سازی، برنامه‌ریزی، گفتگو، قدردانی و کنترل، با میزان اثربخشی با استفاده از تحلیل مدل معادلات ساختاری مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. یافته‌های نشان می‌دهد در بین مراحل تفویض اختیار، مرحله قدردانی، برنامه ریزی و آماده‌سازی با اثربخشی معنی‌دار بوده است. https://www.behboodmodiriat.ir/article_42885_e1f13985a81ad813108a1e0d6f4f4ad2.pdf
