تحلیل تطور تاریخی توسعه فناوری سیستمهای خورشیدی فتوولتائیک در ایران: رویکردی نهادی
مقاله حاضر با هدف تحلیل تطور تاریخی توسعه فناوری سیستمهای خورشیدی فتوولتائیک در ایران با تاکید بر نقش نهادهای فیزیکی و سخت در بازه زمانی سال 1370 تا 1398 صورت پذیرفته است. به این منظور ضمن بررسی مفهوم نهاد و مصادیق آن در پیشینه و تجارب دیگر کشورها، نقش نهادهای فیزیکی (سازمانها) و سخت (قوانین، سیاستها و مقررات) و اثربخشی این نهادها در توسعه فناوری سیستمهای خورشیدی فتوولتائیک در ایران در سه دوره اصلی توسعه این فناوری بررسی و تحلیل شده است. پژوهش حاضر از حیث هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش تحقیق کیفی میباشد. ابزار گردآوری دادهها مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته و دادههای ثانویه بوده و روش تحلیل دادهها از طریق تحلیل محتوا و کدگذاری محوری میباشد. جامعه آماری برای مصاحبه خبرگان دارای تجربه و تخصص در زمینه انرژی خورشیدی در ایران میباشد و با تکنیک گلوله برفی، 18 نفر از خبرگان این حوزه انتخاب و مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتهاند. قلمرو زمانی آن بین سالهای 1370 تا سال 1398، و قلمرو مکانی آن کشور ایران میباشد. بر اساس یافتههای این تحقیق، در دوره اول (1370 تا 1385) تمرکز نهادی بر آشنایی مسئولین با انرژیهای تجدیدپذیر و ترویج این انرژی بوده است. در حالی که در دوره دوم (1385 تا 1394) تمرکز نهادی به سمت حمایت از توسعه فناوری سیستمهای خورشیدی فتوولتائیک متمایل و متعاقباً و در دوره سوم (1394 تا 1398) جهت گیری نهادی به سمت ایجاد بازار انرژیهای تجدیدپذیر و خورشیدی در ایران هدایت شده است.

تحلیل تاریخی زیرساختهای قابلیت ساز درون بنگاهی در صنعت ساخت هواپیمای مسافری (بررسی موردی: امبرائر برزیل، بمباردیر کانادا و پروژه های ساخت هواپیمای مسافری در چین، ژاپن و ایران)
این پژوهش بدنبال تبیین زیر ساخت های قابلیت ساز درون بنگاهی از طریق بررسی سیر تاریخی کشورهای کانادا، برزیل، چین و ژاپن می باشد. با مرور سیر تاریخی اکتساب فناوری ساخت هواپیما در این کشورهاو نحوه ورود آ نها به این حوزه پیچیده، ملاحظه می شود که هر کدام از این کشورها ابتدا خود را به یک سطح آستانه ای از قابلیت و توانمندی رساندند. به عبارتی ظرفیت توسعه را در کشور خود ایجاد نمودند. لازمه توسعه ظرفیت ایجاد زیر ساخت های قابلیت ساز می باشد. با بررسی سیر تاریخی ایجاد قابلیت در این کشورها و مقایسه آن ها با قابلیت های ایران در این زمینه و تحلیل آنها، شکاف فناوری ایران با کشورهای هدف تبیین شد. و در نهایت با ترازیابی و مطالعه تطبیقی سیر تاریخی این کشورها، زیر ساخت های لازم در سطح بنگاه به عنوان مقدمه و پیش نیاز همپایی فناوری تدوین گردید. لازم به ذکر است زیر ساخ تهای قابلیت ساز طیف گسترده ای است ولی ما در این مقاله تمرکز به قابلیت های سطح بنگاه داشتیم و پرداختن به همه آنها از ظرفیت یک مقاله خارج است.

دلالتهای «نظام نوآوری مبتنی بر مسئله (PIS)» در تکوین سیاست نوآوری؛ موردکاوی روند تاریخی حل مسائل زلزلة آمریکا و شکاف دیجیتالی کره جنوبی
مطالعات نظامهای نوآوری طی دهههای گذشته بهطور قابل توجهی افزایش یافته و رویکردهای مختلفی از آن در ادبیات ارائه شده است؛ متعاقباً سیاستهای نوآوری نیز با توجه به شرایط هر دوره دستخوش تغییرات اساسی بوده است. تمرکز بیشتر این رویکردها بر توسعۀ نوآوریهای فناورانه با اهدف صرفاً اقتصادی بوده است. رفع مسائل فنی و اجتماعی کلان از دریچة نظام نوآوری تحت عنوان «نظام نوآوری مبتنی بر مسئله (PIS)» رویکردی است که به تازگی در ادبیات این حوزه وارد شده و مسیر جدیدی را برای توسعة اقتصادی و اجتماعی کشورها ایجاد کرده است. به کارگیری این چارچوب توسط سیاستگذاران، مبنایی برای تنظیم سیاست نوآوریِ مبتنی بر مسئله برای چالشهای پیش روی جامعه خواهد بود. به این منظور، در مقالة حاضر ضمن ارائة سیر تاریخی سیاستهای نوآوری، به معرفی چارچوب تحلیلی نظام نوآوری مبتنی بر مسئله به عنوان رویکردی جامع برای تحلیل فرایندهای نوآوری فنی و اجتماعی برای حل مسائل کلان جامعه با هدف ارائة مبنایی برای تنظیم سیاست نوآوری مبتنی بر مسئله میپردازیم. در نهایت هم بر اساس استراتژی تحلیل تاریخی وقایع به تحلیل دو موردکاوی (مسئلههای زلزلة آمریکا و شکاف دیجیتالی کره جنوبی) میپردازیم.

بررسی سیر تطور هم رقابتی و ارائه مدل جامع راهبرد هم رقابتی در شرایط تحریم
حفظ موقعیت رقابتی و بقاء یکی از مهمترین چالشهای شرکتها در شرایط عدم اطمینان محیطی بالاست. در چنین شرایطی تحلیل و پیشبینی پویایی همکاری و رقابت برای شرکتها بسیار مشکل است . این در حالی است که همرقابتی راهبردی است که در دو دهه اخیر به منظور کسب ، حفظ و ارتقا جایگاه رقابتی مورد توجه بسیاری از شرکتها قرار گرفته است. با توجه به شرایط عدم اطمینان ناشی از تحریمها در محیط تجاری کشور، استراتژی همرقابتی برای بسیاری از شرکتها برای عبور از این شرایط سودمند است. اما بررسیهای انجام گرفته نشان دهنده آن است که تاکنون الگویی از استراتژی همرقابتی در شرایط عدماطمینان بالا ارائه نشده است. در این راستا هدف این پژوهش ارائه مدل جامعی از استراتژی همرقابتی براساس رویکرد سیستمی در شرایط تحریم میباشد. در این پژوهش بهمنظور تبیین یک مدل جامع همرقابتی، با مرور سیستماتیک ادبیات و به کمک روش پژوهش کیفی فراترکیب (متاسنتز)، کلیۀ ابعاد استراتژی همرقابتی، شامل 13 بعد و 80 شاخص، شناسایی شده است که شامل سه بخش پیشران، فرایند و پیامد می باشد. براساس مدل پیشرانها شامل عوامل درون سازمانی (فردی و سازمانی) و برون سازمانی (محیطی و صنعتی)، فرایندها شامل مدیریت انتخاب، مدیریت ارتباطات، مدیریت عملیات، مدیریت پایداری و مدیریت تنش، و پیامدهای همرقابتی نیز شامل پیامدهای خرد (مشتری و سازمان) و کلان (بین سازمانی و صنعت) می باشد. مدل پیشنهادی میتواند به عنوان مبنایی برای برنامهریزی از سوی مدیران و سیاست-گذاران در شرایط عدم اطمینان محیطی بالا باشد.

زمینه: در اقتصاد جدید، بهدلیل رقابت روزافزون موجود بین کسب و کارهای الکترونیکی، وجود مدل کسب و کار مناسب در کسب و کارهای الکترونیکی جهت موفقیت درکسب و کار، از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار است. هدف: هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی عوامل موثر بر مدل کسب و کارهای الکترونیکی در استارتاپهای ایرانی میباشد. روش: جامعه آماری این پژوهش، صاحبان 10 استارتاپ ایرانی بودند. با توجه به تعداد جامعه، تعداد نمونه از طریق سرشماری همان 113 نفر انتخاب شدند. متغیرهای اصلی پژوهش شامل شرکای کلیدی، فعالیتهای کلیدی، منابع کلیدی، ارزش پیشنهادی، ارتباط با مشتری، کانالهای ارتباطی، ساختار هزینه، جریان درآمدی، فرهنگ کسب و کار الکترونیک، زنجیره تامین میباشند. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها مصاحبه، پرسشنامه و مستندات بود. پس از استخراج ابعاد مدل کسب و کارهای الکترونیکی، پرسشنامه تدوین گردید. پرسشنامهها به روش دلفی در اختیار خبرگان قرار گرفت و پس از آن طبق نظرات خبرگان دلفی، پرسشنامه نهایی تهیه گردیده و در اختیار مدیران و ذینفعان کسب و کارهای الکترونیکی قرار گرفت. به منظور بدست آوردن روایی پرسشنامه، از روش دلفی ساعتی و جهت تعیین پایایی، از روش آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد. تکنیک تحلیل دادهها از طریق معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. یافته ها: در این پژوهش، تاثیر شرکای کلیدی، فعالیتهای کلیدی، منابع کلیدی، ارزش پیشنهادی، ارتباط با مشتری، کانالهای ارتباطی، ساختار هزینه، جریان درآمدی، فرهنگ کسب و کار الکترونیک، زنجیره تامین بر کسب و کارهای الکترونیکی به اثبات رسید. نتیجه گیری: ابعاد مدل کسب و کارهای الکترونیکی با تاثیر بر استارتاپهای ایرانی ، باعث افزایش بهرهوری و موفقیت در استارتاپهای ایرانی می-شوند.

بهبود عملکرد نوآورانه از طریق جهتگیری دوسوتوانی و مدیریت ظرفیت جذب: شواهدی از صنعت دفاعی ایران
زمینه و هدف: برغم وجود شواهدی مبنی برتاثیر ظرفیت جذب برعملکرد نوآورانهی بنگاهها در سطح جهان، سیاستگذاری خاصی برای ارتقای ظرفیت جذب ودوسوتوانی بنگاههای دفاعی کشورکه محرک و زمینهساز عملکرد نوآورانه است، صورت نگرفته. بنابراین، سوالی مطرح میشود که ارتقای ظرفیت جذب بنگاههای دفاعی، چگونه میتواند به افزایش عملکرد نوآورانه آنها بیانجامد. نیاز مشتریان دفاعی، بنگاههای دفاعی را اغلب به سمت نوآوریهای بهرهبردارانه سوق داده است، امّا سیاستگذاریهای نهادهای بالادستِ پیشران این بنگاهها به سمت حرکت درمرزهای دانش و نوآوریهای اکتشافی بوده است. هدف این پژوهش کمک به درک این دوگانگی وآگاهی از این است که ظرفیت جذب بنگاهها چگونه بر حرکت دوگانه آنها به سمت عملکرد نوآورانه موثر میباشد. روششناسی: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر شیوه جمعآوری دادهها، آمیخته است. در بخش کیفی با استفاده از 12 مصاحبه مدل پژوهش بررسی و تایید شد. در بخش کمی نیز مدل مستخرج با کمک 10 فرضیه ارائه شده و از طریق پرسشنامه در 60 بنگاه دفاعی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. یافتهها: در بنگاههای دفاعی ظرفیت جذب تحقق یافته بر نوآوری اکتشافی و بهرهبردارانه و دوسوتوانی موثر است و ظرفیت جذب بالقوه روابط آنها را تعدیل میکند. همچنین ظرفیت جذب بالقوه پیشنیاز ظرفیت جذب تحقق یافته بوده و بنگاههای دوسوتوان عملکرد نوآورانه بالاتری نسبت به سایر بنگاههای دفاعی دارند. نتیجهگیری: سیاستگذاران برای بنگاههایی که دردوره رشدوبلوغ منحنی عمر هستند بایدروی نوآوری بهرهبردارانه وظرفیت جذب تحقق یافته تمرکز کنند وبرای بنگاههایی که دردوره بلوغ وافول منحنی عمر خود هستند باید روی نوآوری اکتشافی وظرفیت جذب بالقوه تمرکز کنند.
