Considering another influential model of commitment namely Balfour and Wechsler, the aim of researchers was to investigate whether integration of two models, Balfour and Wechsler and Herscovitch Meyer could be predicted by locus of control of personnel in factory in Isfahan city. 263 staff from a semi-private company participated in the present study. According to the Baulfour & Wechsler (1996) Organizational Commitment Scale new scale for commitment to change was constructed and was investigated its concurrent validity with Herscovitch & Meyer( 2002) Commitment to Change Scale. Rotter (1966) LCS used for measuring locus of control.The results confirmed validity of commitment to change scale and indicated locus of control significantly predict participants' commitment to change. Participants with internal locus of control had high affiliation, identification and normative commitment to change, whereas participants with external locus of control had high exchange commitment to change. According to findings, managers should effort to improve commitment to change of individuals with internal and external locus of control by using different manners such as participation or reward and punishment.}, keywords = {Locus of control,Identification Commitment to Change,Affiliation Commitment to Change,Exchange Commitment to Change,Normative Commitment to Change}, title_fa = {پیش بینی تعهد به تغییر هویت مدار، پیوستگی، مبادله ای و هنجاری از کانون کنترل}, abstract_fa = {برای اولین بار هرزکویتچ و مایر (2002) دریافتند که تعهد به تغییر ساختاری مشابه تعهد سازمانی دارد و حتی زیر مقیاس های آنها نیز یکسان است. با توجه به یک الگوی پرنفوذ دیگر از تعهد یعنی الگوی بالفور و وکسلر، هدف پژوهشگران بررسی این موضوع بود که آیا ترکیب دو الگوی بالفور وکسلر و هرزکویتچ مایر می تواند توسط کانون کنترل کارکنان یک شرکت صنعتی در شهر اصفهان پیش بینی شود. 263 نفر از کارکنان یک شرکت نیمه خصوصی در مطالعه حاضر شرکت کردند. بر اساس مقیاس تعهد سازمانی بالفور و وکسلر(1996) مقیاس تعهد به تغییر ساخته و اعتبار همزمان آن با مقیاس تعهد به تغییر هرزکویتچ و مایر(2002) بررسی شد. همچنین مقیاس جایگاه مهار راتر(1996)برای سنجش این متغیر به کار رفت. نتایج اعتبار مقیاس تعهد به تغییر را تایید کرد و نشان داد که کانون کنترل به طور معنی داری تعهد به تغییر شرکت کنندگان را پیش بینی می کند. شرکت کنندگانی که کانون کنترل درونی داشتند؛ تعهد هویت مدار ، تعهدپیوستگی و تعهد هنجاری بیشتری به تغییر نشان دادند، در حالی که شرکت کنندگان با کانون کنترل بیرونی؛ تعهد مبادله ای بیشتری به تغییر سازمانی داشتند. بر اساس یافته ها، مدیران باید تلاش کنند تعهد به تغییر افراد دارای کانون کنترل درونی و بیرونی را با استفاده از روش های مختلف از قبیل مشارکت یا پاداش و تنبیه بهبود بخشند.}, keywords_fa = {کانون کنترل,تعهد هویت مدار به تغییر,تعهد پیوستگی به تغییر,تعهد مبادله ای به تغییر,تعهد هنجاری به تغییر}, url = {https://www.behboodmodiriat.ir/article_42807.html}, eprint = {https://www.behboodmodiriat.ir/article_42807_2df1136aa5fabc6437ca39bdf0548269.pdf} }
